This beginner board is perfect for seniors or anyone new to balance training. Constructed of Baltic birch plywood and a urethane rocking base, the Rocker Board allows for one plane of instability and is adjustable to three different angles: 10, 12 and 15 degrees. Proposition 65 also prohibits California businesses from knowingly discharging significant amounts of listed chemicals into sources of drinking water.
