TheraBand Comfort Fit Ankle and Wrist Weight Sets can be easily strapped onto wrists or ankles to add additional weight during strength training and rehabilitation programs. These weights are perfect for balance training and stabilization Exercise and leave hands free to hold other objects, such as dumbbells, resistance bands, or sports tools like bats and rackets. Comfort Fit weights come in pairs, each weight weighing either 1, 1.5, or 2.5 lbs.

Tartan Group is exempt from Proposition 65 requirements as our business has fewer than 10 employees, however, we feel that it is important to warn CA residents of the possibility that some of our products may contain chemicals that cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm.

Proposition 65 also prohibits California businesses from knowingly discharging significant amounts of listed chemicals into sources of drinking water.
Proposition 65 requires California to publish a list of chemicals known to cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm. This list, which must be updated at least once a year, has grown to include approximately 900 chemicals since it was first published in 1987.
